Nar Phu valley trek is also one of the popular Annapurna circuits, which is largely not connected by mass tourism and the modern world. It is known as ‘the hidden valley trek’. The Kang-La Pass (5315m) is a center highlight where trekkers will be able to spot a myriad of peaks including Annapurna II (7937m), Gangapura (7455m) and Tilicho Peak (7134m).

Itinerary Details:-

  • Day 1

    Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

  • Day 2

    Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu and trek preparation

  • Day 3

    Drive from Kathmandu to Dharapni (1,860 m) – approx. 8/9 hrs

  • Day 4

    Trek from Dharapani to Koto (2,600m)- approx. 5/6 hrs

  • Day 5

    Trek from Koto to Meta (3,560 m) – approx. 5/6 hrs

  • Day 6

    Trek from Meta to Phu (4,080 m) – approx. 5/6 hrs

  • Day 7

    Acclimatization day in Phu (4,080 m) (optional hike to nearby areas)

  • Day 8

    Trek from Phu to Nar Phedi (3,490 m) – approx. 5/6 hrs

  • Day 9

    Trek from Nar Phedi to Nar (4,110 m) – approx. 5/6 hrs

  • Day 10

    Trek from Nar to Ngawal (5,240 m) via the Kang La Pass (5,240 m) – approx. 6/7 hrs

  • Day 11

    Trek from Ngawal to Pisang (2,493 m), drive to Besisahar – approx. 5/6 hrs trek, 2/3 hrs drive

  • Day 12

    Drive from Besisahar to Kathmandu – approx. 6/7 hrs

  • Day 13

    Leisure day in Kathmandu

  • Day 14

    Transfer to the airport for International Departure.
